Dear Shay,

I just needed someone to reach out to. I attempted suicide a couple of weeks ago and my life has been a struggle ever since.  Where's my angel?

I know how hard that is. When I was a teenager I spent a lot of time being suicidal, and I realize that it seems insurmountable. Heck, during stressful periods of life NOW, I STILL get that feeling. However, some fairly scary knowledge guides me now. After spending 9 years investigating the metaphysical world, I've found that the afterlife is uncannily similar to current life. When we die, there's no big change. Dying is purely an energy transformation, that's all, and its really not that radical. People always see death as some massive jump to some greater (or lower) level, but you really just do what you're doing now. HOWEVER...

Change is possible. There's a way to turn around the cycle of sadness. I achieved it through medication, therapy, a LONG period of relaxation, and a renewed faith in Jesus Christ. So, my advice to you is this: get in to see a professional. If you need help with that, call 1-800-SUICIDE. They can point you in the right direction. Also...release yourself from as much stress as you possibly can. Anything in your life that is not a LIFE priority....remove it. Just BE for a while. Get yourself healthy again. And, of course, I HAVE to suggest that you say a prayer to Jesus. Something as simple as, "Jesus, please come into my life and get me back on the road to happiness," is all that is needed.

Whatever you do, don't end this life spiritually unhappy. That is TRULY not the way to go.

I will be praying for you and I will also ask Jesus to intervene into your situation. And I also want to tell you that I see an angel coming to help you. She's a female and she's got a halo, but its a different kind of halo...its not a circle...its actually shaped like an 8. She came to you when you were a baby. She's giving me a "ssshhhh" motion. Now I'm seeing you as a baby again. She's saying something like...."Let the baby sleep". That's all I'm seeing.
